    Check-up schedule in pregnancy

  • Second Month: confirm pregnancy by urine pregnancy kit and Sonography, blood test
  • Third Month: Sonography, NT scan, Double marker tests.
  • Fourth Month: Quadruple Marker(if double marker not done)
  • T. D.- 1st Dose
  • Fifth Month: Sonography for anomaly.
  • T. D.- 2nd Dose.
  • Sixth Month: Blood Test
  • Seventh Month: Check up and flu vaccine. TdaP vaccine after 26 week
  • Eighth Month: Check-up every fifteen days and Sonography if required.
  • Ninth Month: Check-up every 7days, Sonography if required, Haemoglobin and urine test.

    Here is the quick checklist useful for you:

  • Your ANC file
  • Copy of Adharcard of patient and her Husband
  • A small katori and spoon
  • Water bottle
  • A gown and lnnerware
  • Toiletries
  • Any medicines if you are taking

  • Sudden pain in abdomen and feeling tightness in abdomen.
  • Bleeding through vagina
  • Not feeling movements of baby
  • Headache, disturbance of vision,severe vomiting.
  • If you observe any one or more symptoms, you should contact the Doctor/Hospital immediately.

    Check-up schedule in pregnancy

  • Crowding in hospital results in transmission of infections like Flu. Newborn baby and mother both are at risk of catching such infections. So request your relatives to follow time of visiting hours and avoid overcrowding.
  • Patient and newborn both need rest and sound sleep.So help us keep the environment in hospital quiet and comfortable.
  • Visting Hours - 12:00 PM to 02:00 PM and 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM.
  • Only one female attendant is allowed to stay with the patient at night.
    If you are willing for child-bearing and planning to take consultation and treatment for the same then
  • Plan your visit on 2nd or 3rd day of menses
  • It is advisable that you both (Husband and Wife both) come for consultation.
  • Bring all your previous blood, Sonography, HSG/pube test and any other reports.
  • Do not hesitate to ask questions and get your doubts cleared and also get well informed about the fees and expected expenses.
  • Treatment of infertility includes investigations and use of various medicines which may change if Step-up plan is required.
  • Keep your mindset positive and stress-free.
  • Hysterectomy is an operation in which uterus is removed. The lady won't get her menses after that.
  • Get your doubts cleared and get ready for surgery with strong and positive mind.
  • Your stay at the hospital will be for two or three days depending on your condition.
  • Bring two gowns and other clothes, toiletries.
  • Carry medicines to hospital if you are on any medications.
  • Understand and follow all the instructions given by the doctor prior to surgery.
